Not happy with my phone case at all. Very poor quality, colour is not similar to the image, doesn’t feel durable, it’s a thin plastic that looks like it will break very easily. I won’t be using mine as it doesn’t feel protective at all. Wish I could return it but I got a custom case so unfortunately it will be wasted.

Hi there Rikki - we see that you ordered a snap case. We always recommend the armoured version for those who want something that's more protective. Some people really love the snap as it's a super-thin case to avoid bulkiness. But we know it's not for everyone. :)
In terms of colour, we're sorry to hear it didn't print similar to what you selected. But we are always happy to help out if someone reaches out to rectify any printing issues. Yes, it's really that simple to design your own case.
1. Pick iPhone, Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel and then case style (snap or armoured)
2. Select or upload your custom case background
3. Add your text (e.g. your name or initials)
4. Select your font
5. Select your font colour & shadow
