Your happiness matters at The Dairy. We strive for excellence, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. While we meticulously check orders, we're here for unexpected situations. Trust us, we've got you covered.

If you notice any issues upon receipt of your product, email us at support@thedairy.com with a photo. Our Customer Care team responds promptly, usually within a day or two.


We offer 30-day returns, excluding customised products. If there's a defect with any product, we'll arrange for a replacement.


We provide a 6-month standard warranty covering any manufacturing defects or faults. If there's an issue, we'll replace the product.


For our VIP customers, those who have made three or more purchases, we offer a 12-month extended warranty.

Replacement shipping is free of charge, with express options available for an additional fee.

Our guarantee excludes accidents, modifications, normal wear and tear, non thedairy.com purchases, damage to devices, lost or stolen items, bulk orders, and promotional items.

Product Care

Cleaning Your Case

Gently clean the case using a soft, damp cloth with mild detergent or soapy water. Ensure your device is removed from the case before doing so.

Avoid alcohol-based cleaners

Avoid abrasive cleaners, specifically alcohol or acidic cleaners. Please note this includes hand sanitisers which transfers on to the surface and can damage colours.

Wear & Tear 

Daily use results in dirt and wear — this is to be expected. Prolong the life of your phone case & accessory with regular cleaning and immediate stain removal.

  • Any damages caused by accidents such as dropping, unauthorised intentional modifications, liquids (acenton, alcohol, vinegar, abrasive cleaners etc) are not covered by our warranty.
  • The Dairy phone cases & tech accessories not purchased directly through thedairy.com are not covered.
  • No tech devices (e.g. mobile phones, iPads, tablets, AirPods & headphones, Apple Watches & other smart watches, Apple MacBooks, other branded laptops etc.) other than The Dairy branded products are covered by our warranty. Repair costs incurred due to any damages to any electronic device are not covered by our warranty or by The Dairy.
  • No refund can be claimed after the 6 month warranty timeframe. 
  • Any shipping fees and express shipping fees are not refundable. 
  • No replacements or refunds are applied to lost or stolen items.
  • Bulk orders are not covered by this warranty.

Promotional items (those sent to you for the purpose of carrying out reviews, buy one get one free, packaging etc) are not covered by this warranty.

If your product was gifted to you, please note that you will need the original order number for any warranty claims so that we can process your request.

Our team is available Monday - Friday from 11 am to 7 pm AEST. This excludes public/bank holidays and weekends. We get back to queries on a first come, first served basis. Please note if you sent an email over the weekend or busy times it might take longer to receive a response — usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Not currently — our team is based in different places across the world so email support is the most effective as it means anyone can help at anytime and there is a always a full documented history of the discussion to help pick up further assistance at a later date. Email support@thedairy.com and we will be in touch within 24 hours during regular business days. If your question is not included in our FAQs, you can email us and our team will be able to assist Monday - Friday from 11 am to 7 pm AEST.
