Orders

As soon as your order’s placed, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folders (sometimes it hides in there).

Still nothing? No problem. Just email us at support@thedairy.com and we’ll re-send it for you.

No dramas. Just email us at support@thedairy.com within 4 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

Each piece is made-to-order, just for you (yep – no waste, no stockpiles). Our team in Australia, the US, UK, and Germany brings your design to life in 2–5 business days. A couple of quick notes:

  • The day you place your order doesn’t count toward production time.
  • Express shipping = faster shipping once your item’s made (not faster printing).

Thanks for your patience! Good things (and sustainable ones) take a little extra time.

Check your spam folder – sometimes our emails sneak in there. If it’s been over 5 business days and you haven’t heard from us, pop us a message at support@thedairy.com and we’ll give you an update.

Express shipping speeds up delivery after production, but doesn’t fast-track printing. Everything’s made in the order it’s placed. Production takes 2–5 business days, and the day you order doesn’t count.

Absolutely. Choose your preferred currency from the dropdown menu at the bottom of our site – we support USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, SGD, and more.

Shipping

We print locally in Australia, the US, the UK and the EU to keep things fast and eco-friendly. Your order will ship from the location closest to you.

We ship to over 60 countries worldwide including Australia, US, UK, Canada, Europe, and parts of Asia. See the full list on our Shipping page.

We offer FREE standard shipping in most countries, plus tracked and express options depending on your location. (Heads up – free shipping may not include tracking in some areas).

Example shipping estimates:

  • Australia: Free tracked (3–7 biz days), $7.95 Express (1–3 biz days)
  • US: Free (8–10 biz days), $3.95 Express (3–6 biz days)
  • UK: Free untracked (3–4 biz days), $12.95 tracked (1–2 biz days)
  • Europe: Free tracked (8–20 biz days depending on zone)

Navidium is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your order if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If something goes wrong, just email support@thedairy.com and we’ll quickly send a replacement. Covers replacements only, not refunds.

If you’re hoping your goodies land under the tree in time, here are the last days to place your order:

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back.

A quick heads up, custom phone cases and accessories are made just for you, so they’re final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

All return items must be received by our team before we can process a refund or exchange.

🇦🇺 Australian orders should be returned to our Australian office.
🇺🇸 US orders should be returned to our US office.
🇪🇺 EU orders should be returned to our Italian office.
🇬🇧 UK & Rest of World orders should be returned to our UK office.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs. Express postage fees are non-refundable.

At The Dairy, we make every product to order, meaning each piece is created just for you. This helps us reduce waste and produce mindfully, and we encourage you to shop mindfully, too. Please purchase only the items you truly need and love.

Our cases are made to take on the bumps and oopsies of everyday life.

  • Snap Cases: Slim, sleek, and ideal for light protection.
  • Armoured Cases: Dual-layer tough without the bulk. For the butterfingered among us.

Each case is made using our unique 3D printing process that embeds the design into a tough polycarbonate shell. It’s glossy, vibrant, and won't fade.

Custom cases let you choose gloss or matte. (Gloss = punchy colour; Matte = more subdued)

No way. Our designs are fused into the case with next-gen printing – no peeling, no bubbles, no craft glue.

It’s a plant-based alternative to faux and animal leather – made from FSC-certified wood pulp and cotton. It’s soft, water-resistant, printed with water-based inks, and biodegradable when you're done. Available across laptop sleeves, straps, cable wraps and more.

What you see on screen (RGB) will always look slightly different to what’s printed (CMYK).

Allow 5–8% colour variance. If it seems way off, email support@thedairy.com – we’ll help sort it.

A little, yes! Matte vs gloss, fabric vs plastic – all these surfaces take ink differently. If it’s a big mismatch, email us and we’ll take a look.

Only our Armoured MagSafe cases are designed to work with MagSafe accessories.
Snap and regular Armoured cases do support wireless charging, but they won’t magnetically snap to chargers or accessories.

If you’re using Clickit or have credit cards between your phone and charger – wireless charging won’t work.

Our Armoured MagSafe range is available for iPhone 13, 14, 15, and 16 series.

Only the Armoured MagSafe ones do. Other cases allow wireless charging, but don’t magnetically snap or support MagSafe accessories.

Yes! Our raised MagSafe ring gives a stronger grip. But since it's still magnetic (not glued), don’t rely on it for wild off-road driving.

Our Snap Case has an open top and bottom, so you’ll still get protection on the sides and back, but the edges stay exposed. If you want full-coverage protection, go for our Armoured or MagSafe styles.

The inner rubber layer only comes in black. It sits inside the case, so you won’t really see it once your phone’s in — but it’s there doing the heavy lifting.

Our cases are scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Everyday use is totally fine, but sharp or rough surfaces can still leave marks — same as any premium finish. Normal wear isn’t considered a fault.

They’re not fully shockproof either, but they’re built to handle the everyday stuff — the little drops, slips and “oh no” moments life throws your way. We’ve designed them to strike the sweet spot between form, design and function.

Absolutely. All artists earn royalties for every case sold. We pay them every six months – because artists deserve it.

Maybe! If you’ve spotted a past design you love, just email us. Some older patterns can still be printed, and we’re happy to check for you.

Absolutely. We take your online security seriously. All payments are processed through trusted providers like Shopify Payments, which uses secure, encrypted technology to protect your info.

We don’t store any financial details on our servers, and our systems are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — the highest level of security certification.

So yes, your data (and your cart) are in safe hands.

Warranty & Care

We’re big on quality — and even bigger on making things right if something slips through.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, send us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you, no fuss.

Free Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns or exchanges (excluding custom designs). If there’s a fault, we’ll get a replacement to you ASAP. 

6-Month Trust Warranty

Every purchase is covered by a 6-month warranty for any manufacturing defects. If something’s off, we’ll sort it.

12-Month VIP Trust Warranty

Made three or more purchases with us? You’re officially VIP. Enjoy a 12-month extended warranty on all your gear.

Heads up: Our warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, wear and tear, altered items, third-party purchases, device damage, lost or stolen goods, bulk or promo orders.

Your case is built tough – but a little love goes a long way:

  • Wipe it down with a damp cloth or baby wipe to keep it clean.
  • Avoid harsh cleaning sprays or alcohol-based products.
  • Keep it out of direct sunlight for long periods (fading = not cute).

With just a little TLC, your case will stay glossy and fresh for the long haul.
