The GripPad suction phone mount features 34 tiny suction cups on each side, giving your phone a reliable hold. When attached to a clean & smooth surface and a clean phone case, it easily supports your device for selfies, video calls, and filming.

The length of time it stays in place can vary depending on things like surface type, and how clean your case and GripPad are (and even the environment). In our tests, the Snap and Armoured cases held strong for around 1–1.5 hours, while the Armoured MagSafe case stayed put for about 30 minutes of continuous use.

This product is designed to work best with our Armoured and Snap cases. It’s also compatible with our Armoured MagSafe case, though the hold time may be slightly shorter due to the raised MagSafe magnets.

GripPad works best on smooth, glossy, non-porous surfaces like mirrors, windows, glass, and kitchen tiles. It will not stick well to textured, matte, or uneven surfaces.

GripPad uses suction technology, not adhesive, so it does not leave sticky marks on your phone or surfaces. However, if the pad is dirty, it may transfer some dirt or oil onto the surface. This isn’t residue from GripPad itself, but from buildup on the suction cups (like natural oils from hands). Any marks can be easily wiped away with a cleaning cloth.

Please note that the Grip Pad may collect dust from everyday use (such as from bags or hands, especially the black & semi-transparent colour). We recommend cleaning it regularly with a mild detergent, like a gentle kitchen liquid, to keep it looking its best.

If your GripPad loses suction or picks up dirt or oils, simply rinse it under warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap, then let it air dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Regular cleaning helps keep the suction cups clear, restores grip, and prevents any dirt or oil from transferring onto surfaces.

Please note that the GripPad can collect dust from everyday use, especially the black and semi-transparent colours. We recommend cleaning it regularly to keep it looking great and performing at its best.

Our GripPads do not come in any plastic wrapping. They will arrive just like our phone cases, securely placed in our reusable zipper bag, without any unnecessary extra packaging. If you order a GripPad along with a phone case, it will be packed within your phone case or inside the same zipper bag to reduce waste and shipping materials.
