How long does it take to print & ship my AirPods Max cover?

We have teams in Australia, US, UK and the EU who will print and ship your order once received. Please allow for 2 - 5 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Your patience is appreciated.

Kindly note express shipping doesn't mean express production.

How do I put the case on?

It couldn't be easier, the covers simply snap onto the outside of each ear cup. No adhesive, no tools, no fuss. They're just as easy to remove if you ever want to swap designs or go back to naked headphones.

Does the case cover the headband?

Our covers are designed for the ear cups, where your AirPods Max are most exposed to bumps, scratches, and everyday wear. The headband, Digital Crown, and buttons all remain fully accessible.

Will the case affect sound quality or noise cancellation?

Not at all. The covers sit on the outside of the ear cups only, so your audio, Active Noise Cancellation, and Transparency mode are completely unaffected.

What's the go with returns?

Not feeling it? We've got you. We will happily replace, exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding custom case + accessory orders). Just send us an email and we will let you know the process to send back to our office. You can also check out our returns page for a lil' more info.
