Casa Modesta might just be our new favourite holiday house. Situated in the South of Portugal, it's a crispy white boutique nine bedroom mansion full of light. From the ground up they built a house using the traditional knowledge and architectural culture, the local people and materials.
We love it for its clean lines, minimalist artisan styling + emphasis on negative space.
This traditional family house has opened its doors to tourism in an almost unknown land, facing the sea and in the heart of the Ria Formosa Nature Park, considered one of Portugal's seven wonders.
Definitely on our hit list. x
