Not officially. Apple hasn't confirmed a thing, but several independent outlets are now reporting Apple's splitting the launch: iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max landing in September 2026, with the standard iPhone 18 pushed back to Spring 2027. Nothing here is gospel, but it's specific enough to plan around, and specific enough that we'll update this the second something changes.

Almost certainly not, if past pattern is any guide. Apple tends to shuffle thickness, camera cutouts, and button placement with every generation, and there's no real reason to expect iPhone 18 breaks that habit. What hasn't changed is today: your iPhone 17 case is still doing its job on your iPhone 17, no need to panic-buy or hold off. The moment iPhone 18's actual dimensions are real, we'll have something new ready, and you'll hear about it here first.
