We print in Australia, the US, the UK, and Italy, so your order ships from the location closest to you. Everything is made to order, so nothing gets printed until you say the word. Your case is made specifically, personally and slightly obsessively for you, then sent on its way.
Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships, and the shipping times below are in addition to that.
Occasionally a parcel is slower than any of us would like, and it is usually something outside our control: public holidays, extreme weather, courier strikes, or a parcel getting mis-sorted and taking a scenic detour through the wrong depot. Peak periods like Christmas run slower too. Please allow a few extra days in those cases. If your tracking has not moved at all for more than 7 business days, email support@thedairy.com with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Anywhere Cord Wrist & Crossbody Phone Strap FAQs
The full strap measures 124 cm (48.8 in) and is fully adjustable, so you can wear it crossbody or over the shoulder at whatever length suits you.
The main adjustable strap measures 88 cm (34.6 in), or 91 cm (35.8 in) including the metal hardware.
The braided wrist strap measures 25 cm (9.8 in), or 28 cm (11 in) including the metal hardware. This is a fixed length.
The total weight is just 68 g (2.4 oz), the braided wrist section weighs 37 g (1.3 oz) and the adjustable crossbody section weighs 31 g (1.1 oz). Light enough that you'll forget you're wearing it.
The strap is made from durable polyester, with hardware in zinc alloy.
In our testing, The Anywhere Cord supported a maximum load of approximately 16 kg (35 lb), far more than any phone will ever ask of it.
