Occasionally a parcel is slower than any of us would like, and it is usually something outside our control: public holidays, extreme weather, courier strikes, or a parcel getting mis-sorted and taking a scenic detour through the wrong depot. Peak periods like Christmas run slower too. Please allow a few extra days in those cases. No, while it will charge through the case it won't clip on as this one has no magnets, which keeps it thin. If MagSafe matters to you, it's worth looking at another case in our MagSafe range.
Yes, and that's normal for a soft material. Expect it to pick up marks and character with daily use, the same way a leather does.

No. The GripPad needs a flat, smooth surface to stick to properly, and vegan leather has too much texture to hold. Pair it with one of our armoured cases instead, that's the finish it's made for.
