We print in Australia, the US, the UK, and Italy, so your order ships from the location closest to you. Everything is made to order, so nothing gets printed until you say the word. Your case is made specifically, personally and slightly obsessively for you, then sent on its way.
Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships, and the shipping times below are in addition to that.
Occasionally a parcel is slower than any of us would like, and it is usually something outside our control: public holidays, extreme weather, courier strikes, or a parcel getting mis-sorted and taking a scenic detour through the wrong depot. Peak periods like Christmas run slower too. Please allow a few extra days in those cases. LOVE the design! The product itself is generally pretty good; however, the design has faded significantly since I bought it, which isn’t something you would expect from a high-end phone case. The actual phone case itself also snapped at the top after I put my ID behind the case. There is also a small chip from it being dropped, but better the phone case than my phone 😅.
I’m a little disappointed considering the price, but other than that, it’s a great phone case and I do love the design.

To double-check:
- Open the lid of your AirPods case and pair them with your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap the ⓘ icon next to your AirPods.
- Check the Model Number, then match it against our size guide below.
Voila! Now you know.
Your case comes in two parts (top and bottom), along with a ring carabiner and two adhesive stickers. Applying it only takes a couple of minutes:
- Clean your AirPods case — make sure it's dry and free from dust or oil before you start.
- Apply the adhesive sticker to the top (lid) of your AirPods case.
- Press the sticker down firmly, then peel away the blue non-adhesive backing once you're sure it's stuck.
- Attach the top lid piece — line it up with the AirPods lid and press firmly across the surface. The opening part goes at the back to allow for your AirPod lid to open.
- Slide your AirPods into the bottom part of the case. There's a second sticker included if you'd like extra hold on the bottom, though we recommend keeping it as a spare for the top.
- Open and close the lid to check it moves smoothly and sits neatly. A small 1mm gap between the top and bottom of the case is completely normal.
- Check the positioning — the open space should sit at the back so the hinge can move freely.
- That's it, you're done!
