We print in Australia, the US, the UK, and Italy, so your order ships from the location closest to you. Everything is made to order, so nothing gets printed until you say the word. Your case is made specifically, personally and slightly obsessively for you, then sent on its way.
Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships, and the shipping times below are in addition to that.
Occasionally a parcel is slower than any of us would like, and it is usually something outside our control: public holidays, extreme weather, courier strikes, or a parcel getting mis-sorted and taking a scenic detour through the wrong depot. Peak periods like Christmas run slower too. Please allow a few extra days in those cases. The design is beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like much is that the MagSafe connection feels weak when I attach it to my charger. I mean, it works, it’s not a major issue but I wish the magnetic were stronger.

We have teams in Australia, US, UK and the EU who will print and ship your order once received. Please allow for 2 - 5 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Your patience is appreciated.

It couldn't be easier, the covers simply snap onto the outside of each ear cup. No adhesive, no tools, no fuss. They're just as easy to remove if you ever want to swap designs or go back to naked headphones.
Our covers are designed for the ear cups, where your AirPods Max are most exposed to bumps, scratches, and everyday wear. The headband, Digital Crown, and buttons all remain fully accessible.
Not at all. The covers sit on the outside of the ear cups only, so your audio, Active Noise Cancellation, and Transparency mode are completely unaffected.
